Minke Irish Gin

The base spirit used to make Minke Gin is derived from whey, giving it a unique velvety texture and mouthfeel. Fresh and fruity, zesty, later the Rock Samphire from the local cliffs becomes obvious with some green fennel-like notes. Crisp and dry, slightly salty with red peppercorn in the finish.
